Confirm your project first

Online payment links are for amounts that have already been confirmed with Rocko Milan Consulting. Making an unrequested payment does not by itself create a service agreement or guarantee availability.

Scope, timing and deliverables

The project scope, fees, timeline, responsibilities and deliverables should be confirmed in writing before work begins. If a written proposal or service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the written project document applies.

Deposits and payments

Deposits reserve time and allow work to begin once the project has been accepted. The applicable refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms will be stated in the written proposal, invoice or service agreement. Processing fees, taxes and milestone payments may apply where identified.

Client materials and approvals

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required content and timely approvals. Clients must have permission to use any materials they supply. Delays in materials or approvals may affect the schedule.

Third-party services

Some projects may use third-party platforms, suppliers or service providers. Their own terms, availability and fees may apply. External websites linked from RockoMilan.com are responsible for their own content and practices.
